Its validity and duration is 5 years from the moment the customer makes the payment to enjoy the Services (defined below) provided by the Company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1- The Company is the owner of the University Soccer Marketing Service, which includes copyrights, trademarks and business methods. The purpose of the Company is to connect student-athletes with college coaches within the college sports leagues in the United States (NCAA, NAIA, CCCAA, NJCAA...), as well as provide education and guidance on recruiting activities. The Client wishes to designate the Company as its exclusive provider of the Services always in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. The Client accepts the terms and conditions established here and the terms and conditions contained in Point 3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2- Services:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table border: black border-style:groove border-width: thin padding: 20px\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>BEFORE THE AMERICAN ACADEMIC INSTITUTION<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><em>Personalized Plan with advice throughout the process:<\/em><br>\u2013 Preparation of a recruitment video<br>\u2013 Publication of an online profile on the Company website<br>\u2013 Personal Scout at your disposal&nbsp;<br>\u2013 Registration support in the necessary organizations and exams<br><br><em>Promotion between universities\/high schools\/academies\/prep schools<\/em><br>\u2013 Connection with coach(es)<br>\u2013 Support in choosing the academic institution&nbsp;<br><br><em>Support in the admissions process to the academic institution<\/em>&nbsp;<br><br>In the case of being an international student:<br>\u2013 Support to obtain the I-20 form<br>\u2013 Support in the embassy process<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><figcaption><br><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>DURING THE EXPERIENCE IN THE AMERICAN ACADEMIC INSTITUTION<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td>\u2013 Ongoing support (at Customer request)<br>\u2013 Three sessions with each specialist: Nutritionist, Psychologist, Prep. Physical<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><figcaption><br><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>AFTER THE AMERICAN ACADEMIC INSTITUTION<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td>\u2013 Assistance in searching for internships or employment<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3- Terms and conditions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Grant of Rights<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>The Company is the owner of all trademarks and service marks associated with the product, including online material on <a href=\"http:\/\/univer80-cp796.wordpresstemporal.com\/test\">http:\/\/univer80-cp796.wordpresstemporal.com\/test<\/a>.<\/li><li>The Company is the owner of all processes, patentable or not, used during the provision of services.<\/li><li>The Company grants the Client limited use thereof for the period of the Agreement and with the conditions of this Agreement. Any videos, logos, trademarks, photographs or other personalized content added by the Customer are the property of the Dealership.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"2\"><li><strong>Duration and termination<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>This is a legally binding contract for the stated time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>The Client may use the University Soccer Marketing Service program for the duration of the agreement. After termination of the agreement the client agrees that he will not use the program.<\/li><li>The Client understands that he has contracted the Company as his exclusive supplier. Charges to your account must be paid in full upon receipt of your invoice.<\/li><li>In the event of cancellation of the contract due to injury, failure to obtain the necessary results in the exams for eligibility or failure to meet grades from government agencies, the Client understands that there will be no refund from the Company.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"3\"><li><strong>Indemnification, Confidentiality, Non-Circumvention<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>The Client agrees that all intellectual property rights in all materials (whether created before or after the start date) belong to the Company.<\/li><li>The Client undertakes that:<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>You must not copy or make available to others any of the materials without the consent of the Company AND<\/li><li>Immediately upon termination of this Agreement, Customer shall return to Company all Materials (and all copies thereof) in Customer&#039;s possession or control, except as required by law.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Both parties will proceed so that all confidential information disclosed by one party to the other or that may come into the knowledge, possession or control of the other party, always in accordance with this Agreement and during its duration, must not be used for purposes other than as required or permitted by this Agreement. This means that the information will remain confidential and will not be disclosed to any third party, except to the extent that it may be permitted by this Agreement or is necessary for the proper functioning of this Agreement.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"4\"><li><strong>Complete Agreement<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>This Agreement is the entire agreement of the Parties relating to the subject matter hereof and supersedes any and all prior representations, agreements and understandings, written and\/or oral, between the Parties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"5\"><li><strong>Payment and refund policy<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Client understands that the fee is non-refundable and must be paid prior to the program start date. This fee is not based on the Client&#039;s placement at an academic institution consistent with receiving financial aid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"6\"><li><strong>Notifications<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>All notices will be in writing and must be submitted to the Company, University Sports Corporation, Brickell City Centre, 78 SW 7th Street, Miami, FL 33130 or by email to <a href=\"mailto:info@univer80-cp796.wordpresstemporal.com\">info@univer80-cp796.wordpresstemporal.com<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"7\"><li><strong>Amendment<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>This Agreement may not be modified or changed, in whole or in part, except by a written agreement signed by the Parties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"8\"><li><strong>Disputes<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Any legal issue relating to this contract will be subject to the laws of the State of Florida in the United States.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"9\"><li><strong>Client Obligations<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>The Client is obliged to respond to any communication from the Company (made by any means) within 5 days. Failure to comply with this obligation will give the Company the right to cancel this agreement and charge any outstanding amounts.<\/li><li>Customer agrees to notify Company upon contact by any NCAA, NAIA, NJCAA, CCCAA, High Schools or Academies coach.<\/li><li>The Client agrees that he will follow all recommendations and instructions of the Company throughout the recruitment process.<\/li><li>The Client agrees that it will not work with any other provider, for the same services, during the duration of the contract.<\/li><li>Client understands that they must respond to contacts from any coach within 48 hours.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"10\"><li><strong>Legal Warning<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>The Client is responsible for obtaining the necessary insurance for their stay in the United States.<\/li><li>The Company is not responsible for the decisions of the United States Embassy regarding obtaining Visas.<\/li><li>Customer is responsible for compliance with applicable league regulations (NCAA, NJCAA, NAIA) as applicable. The Company is not responsible for their decisions regarding Customer eligibility.<\/li><li>The Client ensures that all information provided to the Company will be 100% true. Otherwise, the Company will have the right to cancel the contract immediately.<\/li><li>Any audiovisual material that the Client contributes to the Company may be used by it for promotional actions.<\/li><li>The Client understands that it may not require all phases or stages within the Unieversity Soccer Marketing Service. Therefore, the Company is not obliged to carry out all activities if the client does not request the service in the selected phases.<\/li><li>Failure to comply with any of clauses 1 to 9 of this point 3 entitles the Company to cancel this contract without any refund being applied.<\/li><\/ul>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Este acuerdo contiene los t\u00e9rminos y condiciones que University Soccer Corporation (\u00abLa Compa\u00f1\u00eda\u00bb) y el Cliente consienten seguir.
